Why Connect My Calendar?

Clients expect you to use an online calendar and effectively manage your availability. If you have not connected your calendar(s) to LawTap, we will allow bookings per your activated "Appointment Types", but are unable to read your real-time availability for bookings (which may result in double bookings and a poor client experience). 

Having a connected calendar means you avoid double bookings, maximise your real-time availability and deliver a great client experience.

Connect Your Calendar

  1. Go to LawTap.com.
  2. Click "Sign In" and sign in to your LawTap account.
  3. In the top navigation menu, click "Integrations".
  4. Click the "Manage Calendars" button.
  5. Click the "Securely Connect Your Calendar" button.
  6. Select your email/calendar provider (for example, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Office365, Google, Apple iCloud or Outlook.com/Hotmail).
  7. Enter the details you would ordinarily use to login to your Office365/Google/Apple iCloud. 
  8. Note: For Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, the settings that you would have entered to connect your email on your smartphone are the same ones you use to connect your calendar to LawTap.

How Do I Connect an Additional Calendar?

  1. Go to LawTap.com.
  2. Click "Sign In" and sign in to your LawTap account.
  3. In the top navigation menu, click "Integrations".
  4. Click the "Manage Calendars" button.
  5. Click the "Securely Connect Another Calendar" button.
  6. Complete steps 6, 7 and/or 8 above.
