Connecting LawTap to LEAP

1. Visit https://lawtap.com
2. In the top menu, click "Sign In"
3. Sign In to LawTap
4. In the top menu, click "Account"
5. Under Integrations > LEAP Cloud, click "Connect to LEAP"
6. Sign in to LEAP Cloud
7. You will be returned to LawTap and the message "Successfully connected to LEAP" will display

Booking an Appointment using a LEAP Contact in LawTap

1. In the top menu, click "Appointments"
2. Click “Book Appointment”
3. In the Client drop-down menu, select an existing LEAP contact

Send a LawTap Appointment to LEAP

1. In the top menu, click "Appointments"
2. For an appointment, click "Send to LEAP"
3. On the "Send to LEAP" screen
- Under "Link to Matter", use the drop-down menu to link the appointment to an existing LEAP Matter
- Click "Send to LEAP" button
(Note: It is not possible to create a new LEAP Matter within LawTap at this time)
4. You should see the message "Successfully sent to existing LEAP Matter [Matter ID]"

Create a LawTap Appointment from LEAP using the LawTap Matter Add-In

  1. Open LEAP
  2. Enable the LawTap Add-In
  3. Open a Matter
  4. In the top ribbon under "Add-Ins", click "Book Client" to book an existing Contact for their next appointment

Disconnecting LawTap from LEAP

1. Visit https://lawtap.com
2. In the top menu, click "Sign In"
3. Sign In to LawTap
4. In the top menu, click "Account"
5. Under Integrations > LEAP Cloud, click "Disconnect"
